  My experience the facility was clean, fresh and quiet. Staff is professional and answered the call bell at a timely matter. Family member is pleased with the service of the facility.

  My visit was amazing with my loved one! Facility clean and smells clean and fresh. My dad was clean alert and watching westerns on tv! He is doing much better now than he was when he arrived and he voice and laugh is stronger! Our family is very pleased with his progress!

  When entering Autumn Lake Homewood you are greeted with a smile. I have been fortunate to work with Autumn Lake social worker Antoine Crawford. Antoine is an excellent social worker who is compassionate, one who listens, who is understanding, and caring. The level of respect that Antoine has for the residents there as well as his coworkers is outstanding and genuine. I have seen with my own eyes how the residents respond to Antoine they know that whatever they need Antoine is going to do all he can. To advocate on their behalf to make it happen for them. I have seen with my own eyes how Antoine coworkers stop when they see him to talk with him to give him a high five or a hug. I know that I have been truly Blessed to know and work with someone who is humble, a bright light, and putting others before himself because of the big heart that he has. Antoine can turn a frown upside down.
  Not many can do that. Autumn Lake is fortunate to have such a person like Antoine on their staff and I am fortunate to know him and to work with him.

  I never had a job that welcome me as a team member and feel like family and also made me feel appreciate it see ing the hard work and effort in my work. That I put out everyday .
