Erroll Roberts is the best personal trainer. Facility is top notch
This place was really cool and open. Loved it and the monkey bars they have hanging from the celling! What a cool way to maximize their space!
FX studios is a top notch physical therapy practice where they provide more attention per patient than a normal PT practice. They are also extremely busy so you can be confident that they want to treat you and get you back to your normal activities unlike some other outfits that let's just say are chasing billable hours.
The PT I see at the practice is Kim and I can't rave enough about her. She is on the cutting edge of new and innovative treatments as she was one of the first in this area to offer dry needling several years back, cupping, etc. I almost don't want to write this because it's hard enough to get an appt with her as it is!!
They are also very athlete friendly (Kim is a runner for ex.) which is very important to me as they will look at ways to keep you active and will work on a plan to get you racing again rather than telling you what you can't do. I would say without hesitation that if you are in need of physical therapy services, run (if you are able to), don't walk to FX Studios!!

Been a member almost two years now... Love coming here. Not too crowded except when the weather is too cold for the classes to go outside.
