I Have had a very positive experience with BFB within the last 6weeks. Coach Falcon, and other believers has been a very big motivators. If you're looking for a way to change your life Believer's Fitness Bootcamp is just the thing. Since I started the program Im learning to eat better, drink more water, and just feel good about myself. The staff will teach you how to work hard and push for the goal you want. Also the connections I made with other believers through the private page has been a huge motivator....👍
After training with Coach Falcon to get over an injury, I followed him to the boot camp at Coppermine and continue to get the personal attention and targeted work outs that
are so hard to design and do on your own. His classes are flexible enough so that
people from all physical abilities can get something really useful out of them. If you
are looking to challenge yourself and want exercise to be a fun and social experience, then his classes are definitely the buses you need to ride to meet your fitness goals. Step up.
I came to Boot Camp after purchasing a Groupon, and I really didn't know what to expect...but I'm so glad I did it!
Coach KICKED MY BUTT. He provides a workout that anyone can do, at any level, and he pushes you to work hard. I noticed a huge improvement in my stamina and strength after a few weeks of solid attendance.
He's also very personable, funny, and it creates a nice social atmosphere during your workout. Come ready to work hard and sweat, but you'll get results.
