I've seen Dr. Mross for years, through good health and bad. She listens, is whip smart, and I feel well cared for by her. She is very straightforward, which I appreciate in a medical practitioner. She is responsive to my inquiries, and I can always get an appointment when I need one.
She's cared for my family for years. She's smart and thorough. Responsive to emails. I trust her clinical judgment, and appreciate that she doesn't talk down to me or feel threatened by having a patient who has researched their condition. She's rushed as are all doctors in our current healthcare system, so it helps to have your issues organized -- but she's a good listener and has always taken my complaints seriously. I'm glad to be her patient.
