1110 Key Federal Hill

What can is say… 1110 Key Hwy in federal hill is amazing. It’s aesthetically pleasing all every floor. It’s very open and spacious which makes you feel like you’re on vacation when entering. The views 1110 offers are top notch. The gym is very clean and organized. I also like the fact that there are a variety of options that are appropriately placed in different rooms/floors in the gym. It has all the necessary weights, machines and cardio equipment that would suit everyone. From your beginner to advanced. This gym has everything you need. It’s well lit and routine maintenance is done on the equipment to ensure proper functionally. The building itself is always clean and the staff is always welcoming and friendly. Matthew and Dynasty always make you feel welcome and provide quality customer service to everyone I’ve seen them interact with. I highly recommend stopping pass for a tour.

I started my apartment search very early and found Key in my searching. I scheduled a very early tour and Adam showed me the model unit and the amenities and it quickly went to the top of my list when apartments in my timeframe became available. The website was updated pretty regularly and the application process went smoothly! Move in happened and the only thing is some of the walls are thin but that’s apartment living. The neighborhood is super walkable, highly recommend coming and visiting and getting a tour from Adam!

Starting our 3rd year at 1110 Key. New property management company took over a few months ago. Matthew,the property manager, and staff have been excellent. The building has great amenities as well a great views. Looking for a great spot in the city, this is it!!

1110 Key is in the perfect location in Fed Hill, located right across from the water and a 10 minute walk from all the local restaurants and shops. The building itself is stylish and clean; decorated with a fresh lighter feel and open concept. Matthew, the new building manager answers emails very promptly and is very eager to help. He is receptive to feedback and you can tell he wants to create a great community vibe. Overall, my experience in this building and location has been great. I love living here and would recommend to anyone looking for a safe and comfortable home in the city!
