(May 8, 2023, 3:57 pm)I truly appreciate the social services staff, LeAna the social worker and Leticia the social services assistant. They assist me with every issue and concern I have, and welcome me with open arms. The nursing staff here is also great. They are very attentive to my needs and the needs of the residents as a whole. This is one of the best facilities I have stayed in.
(October 6, 2022, 1:46 pm)There are insufficient words to express how thankful I am to the ongoing support that I have received from LeAna, Leticia and Tracey at this facility. These 3 professionals are ensuring that my Aunt is receiving phenomenal care as she prepares for her transition to a NC facility. They have made themselves available at all times, have given me excellent guidance for the next steps and have reacted to my inquiries and needs with the greatest since of urgency. They have made this process feel like I am working with an extension of my family. These ladies care and they have made this unexpected process much more manageable. If your loved one has to be in a long term skilled facility, it's very refreshing to know that at least in this facility, they are being cared for by professionals with a heart. (October 6, 2022, 12:51 pm)ProMedica Roland Park's administrator, Patricia, is a wonderful and caring leader; She offers helpful advice, suggestions and clinical expertise in regards to the best patient care. She is prompt to respond to family calls, compassionate and committed to providing the best outcomes - I have only heard of positive interactions from patients families!
(July 13, 2022, 12:04 pm)My mom had excellent medical care while at this facility. The Social Work and therapy teams met with us only once. For any other interactions I had to call repeatedly to get someone on the phone. I was never formally introduced to the Director. The nurses were very friendly and attentive to my mom’s needs. If my mom had to go into a nursing home again I would choose Promedica. My only wish is that if she did return the administrative team would be a little more available.
