  I really like the staff at Choice Pain & Rehabilitation Center. They care about their patients. You can talk with them about how you feel, your pain level and your medications. And you understand what they're saying to you. The staff is very professional and friendly. Wait time in the waiting room is reasonable. Sometimes yes you have to sit for a while. But it's worth the wait. At first I didn't like the turnover rate. When the clinic moved to this building, every month different staff was working. Like the staff wasn't staying. But now staff is the same staff for months now. And yes I do tell people about this pain & rehabilitation center, as well as the staff. I really appreciate the level of care the doctors give you. I like Dr. Shin, Dr. McCutchen and Dr. Shockley. I hope that these doctors stay with this pain management office.

  Since becoming a patient at this practice I am extremely satisfied. Everyone from receptionist, medical aids,and of course my practitioner are very polite, professional, and informative. Whenever I call the practice with concerns,it is handled right away.

  The Staff was professional and polite and when my pharmacy made a mistake with my medication The Staff went the extra mile to get My prescription straight and even talking to my insurance Co direct to sort out what needed to be done in order to get my medication filled

  Dr Shin is easily one of the best doctors I've met or been treated by. When he and I met I had tremendous pain in my lower back which had been treated for 8 years due to a vehicle accident. Many doctors had failed to lessen my pain without enormous levels of drugs. Dr Shin treated me with a procedure that had been refused by another Dr years prior. As of now I'm happy to say my recovery has been terrific. My back pain is miniscule and we have a plan to keep it that way. I would recommend him for any back pain without hesitation. I'm 16lbs lighter and moving well again.

  Dr shin is a good doctor. He will sit there with you and listen to you .And then let you know what he thinks you should do and he tries to help you out and he cares about you.And he knows what he is doing.
