Once inside and in the exam room, all of the assistants, residents, and Dr. Abzug were extremely friendly. He took enough time to assess the issue, explained it very well and came up with a multiple-year game plan to help our little girl. Heck, he gave us his personal email to contact him in case we had questions. Yes, we waited 45 minutes which was fine for me, since the service was excellent.”
