Had a consult with the owner about having calf muscles that were not proportional to my upper body. This is an issue many guys struggle with; as far as being able to gain mass except in lower legs. After consult and 1 month of following guidance, I gained 1 inch in calves and they continue to get bigger. After 2 decades of struggle, it is finally over. Wish I would have known the formula earlier.
