I was planning on renting a unit and doing it myself as I have done in the past, but decided to take a risk and invest in having professionals do it.
I found the floor restore guys on Angie’s List and decided to give them a try, and I am certainly glad I did.
The whole experience has been outstanding. From the young lady on the phone who I took my order to Corey and Eileen, the techs who did the actual cleaning.
They took the time to explain their micro-encapsulation system. The short of it is they use a cleaning solution that breaks apart the dirt and odors which their microfiber cleaning pads then soak up. This takes out the stains and leaves the place smelling fresh. Best part is that the carpet dries in 30 minutes.
The level of stain removal and cleanliness that Corey and Eileen achieved far exceeded anything I could have attained. Corey had 2 cats so he knew exactly where to look and was seeing stuff that I missed.
I would definitely recommend them, and I would definitely use them again.
