(December 23, 2018, 9:52 am)Second time buying a vehicle from Parkville Honda. Second terrific experience. The whole team of guys treats me like gold. No pressure, no tricks, just honesty and good times. I had a deal in 20 minutes and drove away with an amazing new Civic several hours later. Highly recommend working with Joe, but I think the whole gang is top-notch at this dealership! And the manager is very professional and nice.

(November 30, 2018, 8:15 pm)I worked with Terri and she was wonderful with helping me purchase a new car. She answered all of my and my boyfriend's questions and was very professional, courteous, informative and patient. We dealt with other staff members as well and everyone was equally great to work with. Although I don't remember everyone's names, thank you to all who helped us. Terri has also been helpful in answering my questions after I purchased the vehicle. I would definitely recommend Terri and this dealership!

(November 10, 2018, 8:42 am)We had a GREAT experience at Heritage Honda Parkville! Andy Ilko was our salesman and he was thorough, attentive, and had a very relaxed and calming presence about him. He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and went above and beyond to explain all of the features to my husband and me. He was friendly, honest and professional. He was always available and eager to help but we never felt pressured by him. Andy and Heritage made car buying such an easy process; we would definitely recommend Andy to any family or friend who was looking to buy a new car.
