  Entered this mcdonalds store# 10626 on Washington blvd on a weekday at about 724pm. I wanted to order the buy one get one for 29cents sundae. My app kept saying something went wrong so I tried to mobile order and the app would not let me pay even when hitting the button several times.I showed mgr , a Spanish women named Alicenna I think. She was very unconcerned and really could cared less and walked away midway through me showing her my phone. I have lived in the Halethorpe area my entire life and NEVER, and I mean NEVER experienced this, mainly at this mcdonalds. Granted this is a different crew (a newer crew) and I get that they aren't as familiar with the regulars in the community but good customer service is good customer service and she needs a class in professional etiquette. Do yourself a favor and go to Nursery Rd McDonald's where the staff is always polite and welcoming.Quite disappointing really, this used to be my favorite now I go outta my way to avoid this mcdonalds

  Nice. Got my stuff fast. Nothing was missing once I left, no sloppy packaged mashed up food.wpman behind register was nice.

  Thanks for being open on Christmas Eve.
  My grandchildren ate a late lunch then went to church to practice for Christmas Pageant. I unfortunately left the house without even a snack to hold them over. It went unnoticed until the very end of the evenings festivities.
  They were hungry and tired. I wanted to feed them as soon as possible. So McChicken sandwiches fries and sprite it was. They were happy. And well you know everything tastes great when you are hungry. Thanks!

  Kind and quick service. "Fresh" fish sandwich is considered "special order". Dunno about that.

  GREAT PLACE TO EAT, AND THE STAFF IS POLITE AND MAKE YOU FEEL WELCOME.
  I AND MY WIFE ALWAYS ENJOY OUR MORNINGS, WE HAVE MEET SOME GOOD PEOPLE THERE OVER THE YEARS. IT'S LIKE CHEERS, WHERE EVERYONE KNOWS YOU.

  We came in for breakfast while visiting from Ontario Canada... the gentleman who served us was awesome... He definitely made our stop enjoyable... Didn't get his name but we were the Toronto Blue Jays fans... This man is definitely an asset to your establishment... wish more people would be like him!!
