My daughter was driving alone, many hours from home, on crutches, and her check engine light came on and her car started shaking. She was trying to meet a friend south of Baltimore and needed to have the car repaired in that vicinity. I did a web search and found this 5 star location, with great reviews AND they were open until 5:30pm on a Friday afternoon. They were very honest and helpful and made me feel so much better about the fact that they would be there to help when my daughter arrived. And, her experience there was phenomenal. Thank you so much for everything!

(November 9, 2018, 1:19 pm)I had the best experience with New Life. My truck started sliding this week in the rain and I was concerned about heading in to winter with slippery tires. I called New Life on Tuesday and spoke with Deb on the phone. She was great and asked me some questions about the truck and tires and within a few minutes or so called me back with 2 options for replacement tires. Both options were in the price range we had discussed and after making a decision on which tires I wanted, we booked a time for today (Friday) to come in and get my truck's "new shoes".
Once I arrived, the front desk had quite a few people dropping off and picking up their cars, I was taken care of and got to meet some of the other customers. Everyone was really nice and New Life had a great family feel vibe to it. Once the tires were replaced, way faster than I expected, Nate (manager) explained the work that was done, showed me the tires that were replaced and confirmed, "yes, it was time for new tires, especially with winter coming."
This was my first experience with New Life and I will return when something else needs fixing in my forever truck (97k miles). -

(October 12, 2018, 7:06 pm)I don't trust my car maintenance with anyone else. Extremely polite staff, very skilled, and, most importantly, honest. The team at New Life Automotive completely changed my view on car mechanics. I know when I get my car repaired here I can fully trust what they will charge me for. Prices are very fair and they will always take the time to explain the repairs to you in detail.
If you've been burned by bad mechanics/shops in the past, give New Life Automotive a shot. Highly recommended.
