“I’ve never ever worked out a day in my life. After 2 kids, my 30’s, and lack of metabolism- it was time to do something. I took the plunge and got Melissa to coach me, and it’s been the best decision I have ever made. She pushes me- but doesn’t kill me- always keeps workouts interesting, is super knowledgable, and super sweet!! After only a month my body looks better, my endurance is up, and above all I feel better about myself! Staff is always friendly. The facility itself is clean and has top notch new equipment! Plenty of parking. And is easy to get to. They also have small group classes. To be fair I haven’t been to any yet so I can’t really comment on them. But I’m sure they are fantastic! I know Melissa teaches some of those too, so I can’t imagine that they are anything less than phenomenal! If you are on the fence about coming to check out this gym, just do it! You won’t regret it! And do yourself a favor and get Melissa to coach you!”

“It is a great place to shop in bulk for any need. The employees are nice maintain the store really well. It is hard to find a damaged or dirty thing in the whole store. The only inconvenience is that it is down it's own road and it is always packed with a crowd, making t hard to drive or walk anywhere in the parking lot. during the weekdays the lines are horrible inside even though they have all the registers open. I would give it 5 stars if they had better waiting times and a more direct route to shop here.”
