Very spacious park, but the trash cans were overflowing. Fine as long as you stayed upwind.

Park is conveniently located at the entrance to the Colgate neighborhood on Baltimore St. by North Point Blvd. Playground is kept up well, and the swing set is in good shape. Area itself is next to an industrial park, so there is a good amount of truck traffic on the northern edge of the park.
