“I have a couple of complaints about Riverview. My brother overall had exceptional care by many great staff. They were problems on a couple of occasions when he was found inappropriately dressed in January with only an adult diaper. He felt the cold and was use to wearing an undershirt and pajamas. On one occasion he was found this way by my other brother when he visited in the early morning just before 7am. After his stroke he needed a peg tube for his feedings. The night nurse, the same nurse two days in a row left him with tube feeding soaked all over his entire undershirt. He was found wet with tube feeding by the day staff. The nightshift has some uncaring individuals. This was disrespectful to his dignity. I was quite angry but more upset. I will go back to my second sentence. There were many staff members who were very good to my brother and I deeply appreciated their care of my brother. I would still recommend Riverview. Let me say they overall were caring and helpful to my brother. He was in Forest Haven in Catonsville for about 6 months. Believe me when I tell you that you don't want your a loved one to go there. My brother deteriorated when he was at Forest Haven and thrived once he was transferred to Riverview. My brother passed away in December, 2017. Fortunately, the move to Riverview was good because he thrived and had a good relationship with some staff. I am grateful for that.”

Maintaining high end garments used to be expensive, but now i can wear my favorite pieces as often as I like because professional dry cleaning is so inexpensive and fast! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I have had delicate beaded garments, a gown, an expensive Victoria's secret bra, a suit and several nice ladies tops dry cleaned at this location and they were all returned in pristine condition!”
