I requested that weights not be installed on the outside of the wheels. Unfortunately, they had been and I did not realized that until I was home. I spoke with Dennis then and returned on Black Friday to correct. Dennis got me right in and took care of the issue quickly even though they were very busy. Having been in the automotive service business for more than 30 years, mistakes happen from time to time. Its all how you correct them is what matters.
