  Dr. Alexander Steiner and his team are just outstanding. His treatment protocol for my son's injury was right on the money. In fact, my son was back on the track and setting new personal bests after a few weeks of PT sessions. Dr. Steiner and his team are a pleasure to work with and the location is very convenient (located inside the JCC). We could not be more pleased. We hope to never need additional PT services, but if we do ... we know exactly where we will be going and who we will be working with to combat any issue.

  I have used LifeBridge services at another location. I chose the location at the Jewish Community Center, because the instructors and patrons spoke positive about the physical therapist, Alex. He is empathetic towards his clients, listens to their concerns, and is skilled. I was very pleased with the service and happy to have recovered from my injury with his help. I recommend this location.

  I had a great experience with Alexander Steiner. I have been having post surgery pain for almost 2 years. I consulted with neurologists, plastic surgeons and my primary care physician. None of them had ever seen my issue before and was at a loss on how to treat me. I was in pain every day. After only two visits I was completely healed. I am now able to do things I haven't done in a very long time. I feel fantastic and have all but forgotten I ever even had surgery.
  
  He did a great job of listening to me and assessing my pain.
  I can't thank him enough for giving me a new lease on life. I just thought I would have to live with the pain because so many doctors were unable to help me. Now I am way more active and feel great every day.

  LifeBridge Health Physical Therapy at The JCC in Owings Mills has alll the amenities needed for a great experience. The JCC has ample parking and is well lit. The building is clean and the staff is approachable, friendly and professional. It is very easy to obtain an appointment at Physical Therapy. The physical therapist and his assistant are pleasant and eager to make your experience with them rewarding and work with you to reach your goals within your limitations and your needs.

  Coming in to see the PT with aching lower back pain, I was amazed how I left the clinic feeling like my old self! The PT was encouraging, patient, and so informative about how the exercises were going to work for me. Plus, the space was cheery, sun-filled, clean, and spacious. I am convinced now that my lower back pain will not keep me from living my life. Thanks, JCC LifeBridge PT and Dr. Alex too!
