I took a test drive during my service appointment last week with the new hire Trey. From the time he greeted me, to the time we returned back to the dealer, everything went smoothly. He even made sure the car was warmed up before we took the test drive lol. Kevin, the General Sales Manager contributed to the experience significantly. He sat down with Trey and I to discuss how my test drive went and used our experience as an exercise to further Trey's at the dealership. It showed me that Kevin genuinely cares about his employee's and makes sure the customer gets the best experience. Overall experience at the dealer was professional, comfortable, and fun.”

“I was recommend to KC through a local friend when we moved to the area. We have a newer car still under service warranty, but two older cars that I can't always do everything for. KC is perfect for those jobs I either can't do, or due to time just can't fit into my schedule. All service is well planned and discussed with me; I've never felt talked down to or pressed into something I didn't understand or agree with.
