Masemore Water Trail

Great trail and scenery.

The volume of rain we had this summer washed out our favorite rock beach, so our family wasn't able to experience our usual rock skipping fun. It is still a beautiful place to relax and bring the dogs for a quick cool dip. The water is super clean and very cool despite the summer heat.

Nice area...not too crowded. Slow easy water so good for kids, etc.

Great little spot to have some fun especially when the water is the right depth for a little tubing in the main water way and some play time in the stream that meets the main water way. We bring the kids here along with the pup and everyone has a great time! In the mornings we see people fly fishing and all throughout the day people are kayaking.

Had a nice hike to the Pretty Boy Dam Reservoir. About a half-mile goes along Gunpowder Falls Creek. There are some fallen trees you have to navigate over or around. I would consider parts of the trail moderate but much of it is an easy hike.
