Parisi Speed School at Elite Prospect Athletic Complex

I love this gym! I was brought in by my best friend as a guest and I've been going ever since! I love the workouts that I am getting, the new people that I've met and above all else, the great changes I've noticed in my appearance and ability. I went from hardly working out to coming here almost everyday! Awesome classes taught by Quan and Jimmy are creative, challenging and fun; while targeting areas that I want to work on. I've even brought my sister as a guest and she's now a member! ????????????????????????

Jimmy has seriously changed my life! This is the best kickboxing gym ever!!! My husband and I have been going since April and WOOWWW I'm blown away by the changes I've seen in my body and strength! Working out has never been FUN until now. It's always a new challenge and we are never bored. The staff are amazing, friendly and our gym mates are hardworking/AMAZING!!!!! Don't be shy come out and join our fantastic team :) Thanks Jimmy and Parisi staff I'm literally addicted!

World class facility. Classes are challenging as well as enjoyable. Personally the speed class has given me remarkable results and a new way to meet with other athletes in the area. I would definitely recommend!

Absolutely love this place! The space is huge and has everything you could ask for in my opinion. Personally I'm a soccer player that also does a bit of lax and love coming here for my workouts. Definitely recommend!
