“After this season's rains, we found a hole in the back yard of our 1925 house, which turned out to be the remains of a septic tank that was original to the property, and which we'd never realized was there. Frank Taciak arrived on time to assess the situation, gave us a ballpark price, followed by emailing a written quote. Several weeks passed before we were able to schedule the work, but Frank stayed on top of it, got here as we'd arranged, and completed the job, taking particular care with the garden plants that were near where the dig was done.
