I called today in order to get a new storage unit and was pleasantly surprised to speak to Aye Rogers! She’s as kind and professional as the rest of the reviews say. She was extremely pleasant over the phone and was able to help me right away! It’s always nice to speak to customer service that makes you feel good once you’ve hung up. Aye is the property manager @ the Belmont site. I think0 she's been here a year now. SHE'S THE BEST...MY circumstances is alittle unique most other renters but she came on board and has help me with any problems. Great customer service skills. Love her enthusiasm and knowledge of working with the public
