Cromwell Center

Although I do NOT think that this is a 5 star facility, I have been taken care of since I have been here. There are much that needs to be improved but you get what you make out of the stay. The food is good most of the time and the therapy is also good. Covid is making everything much harder for everyone but most of the staff is still trying. There is a lot of temp staff but it is good to know that they are always willing to find people to compensate.

I have been at this facility for over two weeks now and it has been better than my stay at future care where I was previously. The nurses are more caring and my care is better and they actually listed to my problems opposed to being at future care. The director Kern was very helpful, he came to check to see if I had all the necessities. the phone in my room was not working and he tried to fix it, this was after 7pm he stayed trying to fix it, when he could not fix it he told me he was going to get maintenance to fix it and the next day my phone was working. He followed up the next day to make sure the phone was working and if I needed any help with anything else.
