Professional and courteous every step of the way. Dr. Sund literally saved the vision in my right eye 11 years ago when he repaired my detached retina. Entire practice is a class act.
All the staff were polite and curteous. Greeted me when I came in, waited on me for check in. Very patient as it takes me some time to get up and down from a seated position.
I was very pleased with Dr. SUND, he explained what he saw in terms that were easy to understand, also allowing for questions.
On time, staff friendly and helpful. Dr Sund always professional and pleasant. Feel luckily having him in my corner for such an important medical problem.
Dr. Sund is a much desired specialist who conveys confidence with expert review of the condition at each visit; his ocular injection technique is flawless after two years and monthly treatment.
I was so afraid that I was facing permanent blindness. I had a retina tear on a Thursday and was quite aware of the urgency. The weekend was approaching and Dr. Sund and his staff saved the day. They saw me IMMEDIATELY and Dr. Sund did an emergency temporary procedure in his office so that I could have surgery on Monday to correct the retina and not go blind over the weekend. To say thank you does not seem to be enough. Thank you to Dr Sund and his entire staff!!!!!
