I had the best customer service with Derrick Pullman salesman and manger John Madden. An issue as arise with my credit union and they was able to work it out. I felt like I was a priority to them. I was very please with my service.
The sales process was interesting. In fact, I'm delighted by the fact that they sought the best financing deal for me to ensure I didn't go above my budget. Incredible!! I got the vehicle I wanted and left with a smile. My sales rep was a true veteran salesman.
I took my car in for repairs. Ken was the mechanic who worked on my vehicle before. He never just returns my car without fully diagnosing it. He makes sure its running like it's supposed to. He works diligently to figure out what is going on. He kept me updated the whole time. He washed and detailed my car before returning it to me. My car looked better than when I dropped it off! My car runs so smoothly now. He listened to me and didn't brush me off when i was trying to describe the problems with my car. James V. is great as well. He kept me update via text. Emails and calls. I was given a loaner vehicle while my car was in repair. I am very pleased. If I could give 15/10 satisfaction rating, I would. Ken deserves all the stars and recognition. He's very thorough and patient, which benefits the owner of the car. I will always bring my car to Nissan.
When I called Darren Lane and expressed my interest in a vehicle he invited me to the dealership to look at what was available. I live in Jacksonville, Florida. He took pictures and sent videos of the car and went over every feature, this made me feel really comfortable. I purchased a 2020 Nissan Sentra SR and Mr.Lane drove my car to me from Maryland to Florida now that’s customer service!
