“I have to do the unlimited car washes. The car washes do an ok job, but any bugs that have been there more than a day won't come off with one pass thru the washer. So using the bug scrubbers and going thru the wash more than once is a must. I usually will do a single pass thru to get the easy stuff off. Then scrub the tough stuck on and anything missed areas with the brush, then back thru again for a final clean n rinse. That works best for me. The staff is usually very friendly and have no issues with double washes.”

The food has always been excellent and they offer many farm- to- table options. I recommend the avocado toast or either frittatta. Be aware their pancakes are the size of dinner plates and very fluffy. This is a great place for brunch with friends or family.”

“Doctors and nurses are wonderful. A lot of receptionists are nice. I would give 0 stars if it was just Rosie though. She is a real problem. Very unfriendly, and if you ask her a simple question she has a very sarcastic and nasty response. I've been coming here for a couple years and consider myself very unlucky whenever she's the one to pick up the phone (which is unfortunately every time I call). My family members have also mentioned her unpleasantness and I'm sure she's not targeting just us but treats a lot of people with contempt. I really hope she can get some customer service training, maybe she is unaware of her bad attitude or just doesn't respect how patients should be treated. I've been a receptionist twice before and I know how the job is, but I have never witnessed her level of unprofessionalism. Please look into improving her service skills.”

A year later when the roof was found to be leaking the company refused to honor the contract. I was referred to Twins Home Improvement LLC. They were courteous, prompt, highly professional and repaired all the potential leaky site for a very reasonable payment and gave me a year of warranty without insisting on me replacing the entire roof. This is the type of service and quality work that customers should pay for.
