The Apartments at Saddle Brooke

Saddle Brooke staff is very friendly and are detailed in what they do. I received a tour from Tabitha and she was into it and really committed to draw in New residents. Also, the community is real close to everything. The rooms are spacious as well

My experience has been great since the start. I was an out of state resident and did not know much about the process. My leasing agent, Andrea, worked with me start to finish and made sure I was comfortable. Management, especially Tabitha is one of the nicest people. She has worked with me on multiple occasions and is very understanding. I am super thankful to everyone at the office and the maintenance staff is quick and thorough. I have zero issues with unwanted pets or bad neighbors. I highly recommend Saddlebrook if you need an affordable place that is safe and convenient to main roads!

My experience so far has been a good one. The ladies in the rental office are super nice and understanding. Tabitha has been very very helpful and always resolves any issues that I had.

I'm very pleased with the quick response to service request from the maintenance crew, the welcoming and positive attitudes of the and the understanding property management team. This is truly a welcoming and well kept community living environment.

The nice people in the leasing office make living here such an experience. Tabitha and her team are great. Super understanding and helpful. I love my apartment. Maintenance always comes by the next day just make sure to do your request not on a Friday if you want fast result though lol i even love that they remember to leave a note on the door so you know they came. Highly recommended and 5 stars for phenomenal customer service! If you want a leasing office who engages and knows you by name and door number without looking you up this is the place for you!!! Keep doing what your doing guys !
