All focus was on getting me back to the activity I love, running. A lifetime wellness approach designed to address my underlying issues and preventing re-injury. Great therapists (thanks Zack and PJ!) with lots of knowledge and patience.
I highly recommend this place to anyone needing therapy treatment. The entire staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I had an accident on a bicycle, which required lot of therapy for my neck, shoulders, and back. Their diagnosis and treatments were spot on. They worked their magic to reduce and fix my pain in about 6 weeks. In addition, they were always very flexible to help me schedule my appointments according to my availability. Thank you guys, keep on doing the good work!!
I began seeing Dave and Dipal for a work related thoracic spine issue. They clearly explained the issue and taught me how to strengthen the surrounding muscles to act as a counter balance. I now have greater strength and mobility that I can maintain myself but, it's comforting to know they're there should I need them.
I have been working on and off with these physical therapists for four years. They not only helped me right away, they explain what's going on, give me exercises to help prevent it from happening in the future, and work with me on the exercises I want to do. Great people and great at what they do. Always willing to help and listen to their patients. For someone who used to go to chiropractors only, I am glad I finally went and saw them!
These guys are awesome. I've been seeing them for my post knee surgery rehab which has been very helpful. They are very knowledgeable and share information and advice about fitness and injury prevention. And are willing to work with my CrossFit addiction. Very friendly atmosphere, too!
