“The food at Ginza is always excellent. But I recently had an incident where the wrong food was delivered by my Grub Hub driver. I called the restaurant to alert them of the error, and the manager called the driver, while also sending me the correct number so we could sort of the mix up. She followed up with me until I got the correct order and was satisfied with my meal. It was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The manager was excellent. I’m pleased to remain a happy customer!”

“Carty's is a repair shop you can trust, simple as that. They are knowledgeable with many different types of vehicles and problems (we have a Jeep, Toyota, VW, and formerly a Ford). I've always received prompt, courteous service for a decent price, even when I show up unannounced with a vehicle in tow. 4 stars only because I dislike when places charge a $100 "diagnostic fee" to connect an electronic device for 2mins that does the work for them. I'm already spending several hundred $$$ in repairs, please don't find ways to make it more expensive. I can understand if someone comes in and asks for a full diagnostic, then takes their car and leaves, but don't do this to your repeat customers every time (rise above the scam shops profiting on this).”

EZ Electric was the 3rd company I called but I am definitely glad he was the one I chose to do the work. He was on-site within about 20 minutes, was very pleasant, and charged a more than reasonable rate for the service he provided.
