They go out of their way to answer my questions and find the items I need when I call in advance or when I’m in the store. Truly very accommodating, I recommend them for all of your art supplies and framing needs. Yes, art supplies is extremely expensive, but that’s true no matter where you go. I’ve been buying my art supplies here for as long as I can remember and there’s a reason I keep coming back, even though it’s completely out of my way... when you expect the best, you have to go to the best. They have high quality materials and high quality staff. I’m always grateful for the excellent service I receive every time I walk in.
(September 17, 2019, 12:08 pm)Plaza has a good range of materials for artists, and everything I've bought within the last year has worked great for me. The location is perfect if you're a student at Towson University, since it's walking distance from campus (maybe 15-20 minutes). There are always sales going on and there are plenty of coupons you can get if you're a student! The staff is always very nice and helpful, and they know the store well. Definitely my go-to store as an art major at TU.
