  I have been here for a little over 10 years and I must say that the new management One Wall is fantastic. The upgrades to this complex have been amazing and appreciated. All the staff are polite and respectful. They have a dog park and my grandbabies come over to ride their bikes and play and pet neighbors dogs. I love the washer/dryers in the townhomes as I've been in both apt./townhouse during my stay here.
  When I get in touch with staff at rental the office my repairs are done right away. The office staff are very polite and very helpful. The only problem I have and it's just one is that they are so busy that I have to leave a message sometimes instead of talking to someone one on one. I also like the laundry room in the apartments at the bottom of the stairs at the entryway they are Huge. I'm really impressed with the upgrades and amenities that have taken place and I'll be here to stay a lot longer due to the safeness and kid and pet friendly atmosphere. Great job Oak Grove by One Wall and keep up the fantastic work that ur doing beautifying and keeping us safe. And they closed off the basements so no loitering is done in the apartment buildings.

  Been here 5 years 🥰 It’s a nice place to live but if you have children in live here they need A decent nice playground with swings and it needs to be shut down at a certain time at night lock it down at a certain time so it don’t get destroyed,,,,,,, they need to put locks on all doors and entrance as you come in the building the children should not be playing in hallways and also in every building it should be a washer in a dryer my opinion they need some kind of recreation for the kids as well because maybe they won’t be so destructive and it would be nice if we had a built-in pool as well with fence up lock at certain time in the summer because this is a lovely place to live and they need to Do some remodeling inside of the apartments like change the door knobs on the bedroom doors the bathroom doors as well everything just looks so out of date the rent gos up every year but like I said it’s really not a bad place to live they need a lot more lighting around here at night time and cameras as well they need to secure this place more like with more light poles cause it’s dark in here at night time and they need to put new air conditioners in the walls in the living room because they do be smelling like mildew so we do need new ACs put in as well other than that it’s nice to live in Apt or town home they have washer in Dryer in the basement in the townhouse it’s all nice One wall is the best they work with you very nice people in the Maintenance is the best You call them they’re here 🤷🏻‍♀️

  The rental office team are absolutely fantastic and helpful people. Michael has been an absolute blessing for me through the process. He got back to my general info request practically right away,, and so I signed up for an appointment same day about 50 minutes before the appointment time. I wasn't banking on an agent getting back to me in time but Michael actually got back to me pretty much immediately and told me come on down. Went on down and explained my situation and how I was trying to get into an apartment pretty much soon as possible. He completely understood my situation and went over the info on the available apartment he had and took me to check out the demo unit. Loved it and he got the ball rolling with setting everything up for the application. Got a call next afternoon that unfortunately the unit would need more time but Michael had a new one come up more in the price range I was looking for and wasn't even supposed to go on market just yet and Michael looked out for me big time and ran the application on new unit. Called back almost instant to tell me I was approved. Absolutely excited. Apartments look great, seems like a nice little friendly community, fitness center is nice. My man Michael really looked out for me and got me from application to approved in less than 24 hours and helped me a ton with the whole process. So thankful!
