I had some old VHS tapes transferred to digital mp4. I wasn't in a rush but they were done in about a week. Very happy with the service. Polite and clear with the pricing.
The owner Bill is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. We will be calling him for all future IT needs!
I cannot thank SysQuick enough for my transfers from VHS to CD & a flash drive. They were very quick & called me to advise when completed. I had one VHS tape from 24 years ago from a month long vacation trip from Balto., MD to Port Angeles, WA through several states of the mid west & north west. I did not know how much could be converted to CD since it was so long ago. SysQuick called me prior to the transfer to advise me of the extra cost which was really good. Also a short one of my siblings from over 50 years ago. I am telling my daughter about it so she can have her tapes done of her boys when they were little. They are all very friendly and courteous. I had questions about things which they explain. Thank you again!
If I could give SysQuick 10 stars I would! They digitized more than 2200 35mm slides that my late father took back in the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s. Literally a large paper box full of boxes of slides that had been sitting around for 30+ years either in an apartment storage cage or in a spare room in my house (which is not climate controlled). SysQuick didn’t just digitize the slides they painstakingly reviewed and enhanced each one to make it the best quality it could be. Then they stored each box of digitized slides in its own NAMED folder. I was blown away by their level of service even before I started looking at the slides. The quality was amazing. It was a very emotional experience to see these images - in such beautiful quality - after so many years.
I can’t thank SysQuick enough for restoring these beautiful memories and at such a reasonable price. The result is priceless and I highly recommend SysQuick!
My family has these old 8mm films from the 1960s through '80s, taken by my grandfather. My parents' wedding, family gatherings and visits, things like that. Things we haven't seen since the late '80s before my grandfather died.
I heard a radio spot for SysQuick on Shine FM, and thought I'd give them a try. Amy seemed friendly and professional in her email responses, so I decided to try a few reels. When I came in to drop off the reels, two of her co-workers sang her praises as I waited for her to finish working with another customer. Once it was my turn, we talked about the process, different options, pricing, etc. I left confident that my ancient movie reels were in good hands.
Two days later, they're done! I picked up my reels and a thumb drive, headed home and checked out the transfers. Beautiful! I mean, they're really old and had some issues due to their age, but I was thankful they all survived the decades pretty well. And the video quality and color rendering are very good considering the 8mm film source.
Would I recommend SysQuick? In a heartbeat. In fact, I'm bringing them the rest of my reels (over 30 in all) after the holidays.
Great work, professional and friendly approach, in a really cool little shop that's close by! So no shipping. :-) What more could you want?
