I had an extraordinary experience at Mr. Tire in White Marsh. Francis is the man! I dropped off my vehicle and returned to work. He not only told me what was wrong, he also sent me pics!! How's that for total transparency! The price was a third of that the dealership planned to charge me. Francis goes way above what's expected to make sure his customers are happy and satisfied. I highly recommend this location. I pass 3 other locations to patronize this location. If you decide to check them out, ask for Francis by name.

Love it

I mean very convenient and you get what you expect. The only annoying thing about the kiosks is the "shade screen" which is helpful during the summers isn't especially helpful during cloudier days. In fact, it's bothersome to not be able to keep it up. I have used the kiosks here more than a handful of times, but I remember 1 or 2 times when the discs were not in the case. Just contact redbox and they will take care of it. Overall, it's what you would expect.
