Krispy Kreme Owings Mills

This is the best location imo, each and every time I go my doughnuts are great. I’ve visited many locations and left because the poor display and or service but not here. I’ve tried their fall doughnuts apple cream cheese sooooo tasty!

Called today at noon,, to order a dozen scooby donuts and the 13cent dozen. Guy on the phone said he would have it ready in 10 minutes. I went in, waited maybe 3 minutes, and he was taking my payment and handing me donuts. There was no tip jar, nor would he accept a tip. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE!!!!

There’s something about knowing your donut is being made fresh (because you literally watch it get made) that makes it 100000x better than knowing it arrived from a warehouse in a truck. Plus the staff here is super awesome - shout out to Xanyah for the great service
