This is a black family owned dentistry and I am beyond happy that I found them! From the initial contact when I scheduled my first visit, everyone was so kind, knowledgeable, thorough and patient. As someone with medical anxiety, I was very grateful that every little thing was explained to me before, during and after. Also Julie did an amazing job helping to navigate the options for my treatment plan after meeting with the dentist by alleviating any of my concerns and patiently answering all of my questions. I highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience today with Dr. Evans and his staff. The Outstanding level of Customer Service and bed side manners calmed my anxiety completely. The environment is state of the art and is very comfortable. Dr. Evan and his Hygienist thoroughly explained my X-ray results and my treatment plan. I look forward to my journey with Dr. Evans and his amazing, professional staff.

It was a pleasure being in the clinic at the Dental Care of Baltimore. As I was waiting for my mother who had an appointment with them. I listened to Julie and Shey display positive telephone etiquette. It was the best customer service I have heard in a long time. Never once did I witness either lady become unpleasant when speaking with their patients. I recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for Dental treatment.

Dentists at their best are a difficult provider to see. If you have had a bad experience changing to a new doctor takes time. I did my research and went to Dental Care of Baltimore. From the very moment I walked into the office I felt extremely comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Evans was wonderful and alleviated my fears.
