Just moved in to our new apartment. Amy was our main contact for setting up the lease and everything else, and she was amazing! She provided very straightforward instructions, tips, and support which made the whole process easy and quick. This was the easiest lease we've signed because of Amy, and for that we're very thankful! As far as for our apartment, it's really great, and so far so good. It needed a little tweeks and fixes, but maintenence came in and did it all in a swift. Thank you Orion for your great service!

I love living here. Our move in has been so smooth and simple, and the office staff have been friendly and welcoming. I worked with Amy during my move in and she was fantastic! She was professional, easy to talk to, approachable, and a very well rounded employee. I love the parcel system, and the community breakfast. The location is pretty perfect too!

Good Appartments. Maintenance addresses my request very quickly, there is a convenient online quick form to submit maintenance requests.
I love the view of the park, there is lots of wildlife here for kids to watch. Neighbors are friendly and quite, we never been bothered by loud fights or music.
