Town Appliance

After an appliance store kept pushing off my delivery date for my freezer and I wasn't sure I'd receive it before Rosh Hashana, Meir at Town Appliance came to the rescue! He helped me buy a freezer over the phone (because I couldn't make it to the showroom in Owings Mills next to Aldi). His price was significantly LOWER than than the other appliance store and he had a freezer delivered within 5 days (during the pandemic) when other companies have a 1 -6 month wait.

Meir helped me find a freezer that is slightly bigger (than I had selected at the other appliance store) which is better for my family, patiently went over the measurements so we'd be sure that it would fit in our tight space, and discussed all costs so I wouldn't be surprised by hidden fees...and this amazing customer service was BEFORE we realized that years ago he was in yeshiva with my husband!

Since Town Appliance is a frum company, they know what we need in terms of Shabbos modes for appliances, so when our old refrigerator finally breaks, I'll be sure to call him again! I regret not calling him months ago while we've been without a 2nd freezer this summer.
