Wendy helped me tremendously with providing me with timely support and information in my journey to purchasing my first house on my own. I don't make a lot of money and I loved how she NEVER made me feel different or less than someone with a bigger budget for a home. My journey to owning a home was a long one...about a year due to the fact I would be outbid on contracts and no matter how many times I needed to put in a new bid, Wendy was always on time and reliable with providing the info that was needed from her to submit with the contracts. She is extremely patient, kind, and her knack for making you feel important no matter your budget or salary is commendable.
