Kris and her team were extremely helpful this spring as we tried to get a pool that was uncovered all winter up and running. Their guidance helped tremendously. Appreciated all the help and the immediate access to the chemicals and products we needed.

I am not sure why some people dislike this place. I have tried a few different pool service companies (mostly for pool closing and chemicals), and this place is the best. They are honest and always happy to help in case you need advice over the phone. They have been serving this community for a long time, so you should assume that they might not be able to take you on as a client right away. They are paying a very close attention to quality of their work, and that is why they cannot just hire new people with no experience with pool care. So, my advice is, be patient, use another company for pool opening/closing if you have to, and they'll be happy to help you out once they have a capacity to do so. Also, having tried a few different brands for chemicals, I am now only using chemicals they sell at their store. Water feels and looks amazing, and it will keep your family and friends AND your equipment happy and healthy for a long time.
