He was able to take care of my issue within less than 3 minutes of time time. I had been on the phone with AT&T for assistance since 8:30 this morning. After hours of getting absolutely nowhere, I finally went to my local AT&T store at 5:15pm. It was 5:20 when I walked out with all of my business taken care of. Jonathan was kind, courteous, understanding, professional, respectful, knowledgeable & most importantly, he addressed my concerns and resolved all of my issues. I will not call when I need assistance anymore. I will only be going to him from now on. I lost an entire day for something that he was capable of solving within minutes.
