Endeavoring in having a very custom and complex house built is taking a giant step into a project of incredible magnitude. We entrusted JPaul Builders to make our dream/fantasy come true. From the first shovel in the ground to its completion 2 years later, JPaul proved day-in and day-out why they are recognized as being at the top of their class. Although JPaul had a full-time Superintendent on the job, Paul or Steven Lichter visited our site almost everyday. They took total ownership of the project by watching over virtually every single detail. Our home was their 7th built and/or renovated in Caves Valley Golf Club in Owings Mills, MD. We originally considered what we were building to be our Dream Home. Having lived in it for 15 months, it’s really our Fantasy Home. Thank you JPaul Builders!!

Today marks a year and half from when our world was flipped upside down and we were left with a poorly half built house, mounting bills, with no end in sight. This past year has been a roller coaster of emotion for us and you guys were apart of all of our highs and lows, and continued to supporting us through this endeavor. You have become family and have built us a house that we can raise our new family safely and securely. There is nothing like a JPaul home and we are so happy with the end product and the process to get there. I just want to say thank you for taking on this project and getting us to the finish line. Without you guys and the JPaul Team, I truly believe we would be in a completely different situation than we are today. We can't thank you enough and we are looking forward to many years in our home and continued friendship.

We completed a major project with them on-time and on-budget, and could not be happier with the work. My experience with this company has been very disappointing at first. We purchased a home (second owners) that was built by J Paul Builders and overall the quality of the house seems to be fine. However, we ran into an issue with the electrical wiring that had stumped our electrician and I called hoping to get info about electrician that had wired the house. Took some time, but owner came out and helped to find problem.
