Patapsco Healthcare

Our family is so please with the care our mother has received from the staff at Patapsco. Our personal thanks to Michelle the physical therapist, Lola one of the aides, Rahima one of the nurses. We also want to thank Henri Carlton (wound Management specialist) for her care and treatment of our Mother's wound. The patient advocate has been extremely helpful with making sure that all our questions and concerns are addressed. Her name is Nichelle Johnson. We cannot forget to thank Kim the Social Worker for her help. It is impossible to name everyone, however, want to say thank you to the entire staff and to let them know that we appreciate them and everything they have and continue to do for our Mother.

I can honestly say the staff was very friendly & nurturing to the residents. I observed in my passing staff communication & interaction with staff was very pleasant & it did my heart well.

Overall the facility is very CLEAN and well ran. The workers are respectful( and everybody does their job!

The staff were very attentive when approached. They were having a party for one of the residents that seemed to be being enjoyed by most.
My only concern is the clean bed linens were badly stained and dingy. The lobby and long hallways could use more seating for people may need to take a break while walking the long hallways.
