  This is the second time I've used Nathalie Mullinix Realty Universal to sell a property. I sold a townhouse in Hawaii a few years ago and was delighted with the 1% service. I was very happy to be able to use NMRU again to sell my mom's house in Smithsburg, MD. Her 1% service is a fabulous value for the money. I received great personal service and ongoing communication throughout the selling process from both Nathalie and her staff. The marketing pictures were so excellent that the property sold within a few days of the listing going live. Nathalie is thorough, efficient, trustworthy and gives her full attention to all details of a sale. I am so happy to have her as my realtor. I will most definitely use her business again if I need to sell a property anywhere! She is very good at what she does!

  We used Nathalie Mullinix's Realty Universal services twice. In 2016, we paid a flat fee when selling our home. We had an offer within 2 weeks! About two weeks ago, we engaged her company again for a "for rent by owner" listing. Nathalie and her staff were amazing! During the initial call, she walked me through everything we needed to do and sign and how information would come to us. Her staff was extremely prompt in answering questions, getting our listing up, responding to emails, forwarding showing requests about our property, etc. We had TONS of interest in both properties listed by NMRU. On our rental property, we got a signed lease within 4 days of the listing going live! We really enjoyed working with NMRU. If we ever sell or rent a house again, we're going with her her and her team! We highly recommend them!
