Our maintenance man, (Josh)is pleasant, knowledgeable, and fixes whatever is not working. He's efficient, too. There is no clean-up to do once he's done, because he does it. He's what I call a keeper. Thanks

We have been here 9 years now and have been satisfied. But managers change too often. Our manager now has been very responsive to any problems. Could use a little better communication with front office. But all in all we are happy. Maintenance persons are super. Pleasant and knowledgable. Have not had any problems that weren't taken care of quickly.

Moving from a home to an apartment condo has been quite the experience. Though “luxury” is most certainly something that has a varying definition for all, this unit is probably the most like a house possible. Jenn, the complex manager, is great. Josh, the maintenance manager, is wonderful. Issues are taken care of as soon as possible and they’re always willing to work around your schedule less it’s an emergency. Though I’ve only been here almost two months, the area is quiet and the property is well maintained.

Tim Mack was awesome. Super helpful and professional. Created a great first impression.
