Kenwood Park Apartments

I've lived for almost 9 years. I enjoy the complex and have had minimal problems. I feel fairly safe in the complex however with ANYWHERE that you live, you have to be careful. There have been a few scattered incidents thru the years but nothing that made me that I had to move or would no longer be safe. The complex is cleaned daily. There are no mice. Maintenance is fairly timely. The office accepts your packages. The office staff is pretty good. The apartments are very roomy and the cost is reasonable. The only thing that I don't like so much are the semi annual inspections. However, its apart of how they keep the complex up. They have been doing updates in the apartments also. I wish they had washers and dryers in each apt unit but each bldg is okay and there is a laundromat up the street. All in all, its a good complex with minimal issues. Any problems that I've reported with neighbors were addressed and two were evicted . **You get free girl scout cookies every year :-)**

Our experience at Kenwood has been amazing. The front desk staff and maintenance team is always friendly and responsive to request in a timely manner. We enjoy the peace and serenity of nature that surrounds us. There is ample parking spaces and we have overall great neighbors.

Lived here for 5 years and the community is wonderful! Early on there were times when I struggled to pay the rent on time and management always worked with me on paying it, never threatening eviction (you just have to approach them prior to the due date)! Maintenance is prompt and efficient, and office staff is always helpful. Yes, the rules here are a little strict, but, that's what makes this a great place to live--high standards! Check this place out and make up your own mind about it.
