“Everything you need to make a bird friendly yard - high quality seed, feeders/pole systems, houses, bird baths (heated available) and super friendly/knowledgeable staff! When I say everything I mean support for insects (bee houses), wildflower seeds, and squirrel food/feeding stations too. Gifts for those difficult to buy for who also love wildlife/nature are easy to come by here. The only thing I wish they'd carry are native-specific wildflower seeds only. Birds are better off when you provide habitat/food for the insects they primarily use to raise their young. Chickadee populations in particular have been shown to be severely negatively impacted by the scarcity of native insects (that come with native plants) in urban environments during rearing time. As a store supporting the community's love for birds, I feel they could do a lot of good leading the way on the promotion of native plants. Overall, great store with great variety/quality of products and great people!”

The customer service however on the phone is a disaster. I had a $30 late fee in my first month and customer service would not waive it ! Not a good first impression ! I will be moving to Self Storage up the street ASAP. It is not nice to treat customers like this. So beware.. You can get a late fee in your first month !!!”

“all though they have help several children including on of my two who had reside in there facility I have my opinion. My youngest child has learned a lot from his visit yes he has been readmitted but his struggles just needs more safer environment to help him . My oldest was there for 15 months came home and didn't show any changes matter of fact he learned new bad behaviors they behaviors and explicit them constantly to a appoint that I had to make decision to try it again. He was entered in they're pilot program which in long run is a good program but it wasn't for him. He continue to act little appropriate inside there facility will come home and act out bad where police was called numerous times even when there staff was there they had me call the police. but then two weeks later they thought he was stable enough to go home. while the whole time they thought it was me not my child so they did not treat his behaviors they pity him. they didn't believe me at all. So now he been through 3 foster homes currently in a group home . I feel they did him wrong.. my suggestions to the facility listen to the parents and caregivers .”

“We were lucky to find this place for our father who is a retired physician. While my father has been in this country for over 50 years, the Korean food, tv station, newspaper and other residents is a great comfort to him. The nursing and tech staff is communicative and atttentive. They work well as a team, which allows them to be very effective when caring for my dad. It is well-managed and organized. Visiting is easy and enjoyable. The facilities are clean and modern. Minor repairs are addressed quickly. It’s a great comfort to know that he’s being cared for.”
