The staff are extremely kind and accommodating. They truly go above and beyond for their patients. Not only offering treatment but added incentives like bus passes and gift cards just for attending the program. I would recommend this facility out of any other!

Great staff, clean organized very professional - Ive been treated with much respect and courtesy and I would refer this treatment program to any friend.ive been going there for many years and I can say I’ve felt welcome and never felt judged in my time there ! The receptionists are exceptionally awesome and the nurses are great too . I’ve only had two counselors u didn’t exactly feel comfortable with but they allow u to put in a request to transfer so I rate them 5 stars for sure the only thing I would add is that they are starting to become more strict on people who have prescriptions to Benzodiazepines because of the risk of overdose especially when mixed with methadone. I have been on a very low dose now for many years due to serious panic attacks and heart condition and I’ve also been on methadone for many many years - my body is now adjusted to my dose so even though they may consider it high ( my opinion is that it’s low compared to many others I know ) my body is adjusted accordingly and so there’s no risk especially when I take a small dose of alpralozam and pose no risk to my health ( on other words basically I’m not gonna overdose to put it frankly ) so I don’t really like that I have to sign a waiver for me doctor to be called and informed of my dosage etc because many ppl do judge ppl based on that alone instead of looking at the person in particular ... I’m not happy my methadone dose will now have to be lowered the dr. Told me two days ago - because I refuse to go any lower on my benzos ( I’m low enough now n need them or I seize ) so I wish this could be fixed and I remain at the stage I’ve been up to now because I’ve made much progress and have gratefully found my comfort zone and have been so proud to do so .... I just pray I find a way to fix this new issue that’s arrised. I still say that they’re a great facility and the best out of all
The others in Maryland ! Thank you

UPDATE 8/13/18: I wanted to put my latest updated review on top of my previous ones to show that this clinic has really gone out of their way to turn my bad experience around. I no longer need to worry so much about being late to work by being held up for a counselors session. The counselor I have been assigned has worked with me in that regards so I still get my required session in and I am not late to work as a result. The front desk although is relatively new, she has gone out of her way to know the clients and their individual situations which is very helpful. Thank you to the staff for working with me!

The good thing about this clinic are the early hours and you can transfer your take homes without loosing the time you put in from a previous clinic. However the bad thing which is major for me is they don't have a work program in place and has made myself and my fiance late for work numerous times. Despite repeated conversations and even a few temper tantrums on my part, they continue to not do anything to keep us from waiting 30-45mins for the required weekly counseling sessions and Dr.appointments. As recovering addicts that is successful in their recovery, gainfully employed and an active participant in society, unfortunately this clinic has only made is harder for me to keep my job and continue my success.

6/10/18- i appreciate the response back. I just saw that response today. I 100% am on board with the counseling sessions and doctor appointments as they are vital to the success, as I am a success story, however what I do not agree with is being made to be late to work as a result. Having a work program in place will allow for us working folk to attend our counseling sessions AND arrive to work on time. This at one point was so bad I was written up at a job and then had to find a new job! And no being off the medication is not an option for me due to numerous reasons so I need to continue to attend a clinic. I can say that in the past two months it has gotten better with not having to wait to see a counselor. I am disappointed that it took as long as it took and cost me a job to get it fixed. However I have adjusted my rating by one star to reflect the better service as its warranted. Also to mention, the evening hours that were suggested are no longer in place and did not last long.
