Tuscany Gardens Apartments

Tuscany Gardens was a great stay! The units were clean and spacious. The staff was very nice, specifically, Mr. Tennel Epps. He was phenomenal from my move in to move out date. Very helpful and understanding.

I moved here in September 2022. It’s been really great here. We love it. Very quiet neighborhood. Parking is excellent. I love the fact that it’s only two apartments per floor. Neighbors are really nice. The atmosphere is very welcoming and I am highly pleased. The leasing agents are all sweet people. Maintenance is like top tier, always there when I need them.

I live at this apartment for over two years and it is the best apartment around the area. The place is very spaces, with big rooms and living spaces. The apartments are well maintained, the staff is very nice and come to fix things when anything go wrong. It also has beautiful amenities l, with a pool, and gym. I always felt safe walking around also. If you are looking for an apartment, look no further away, this is the one. Loved my time living there. I would 10/10 recommend the Tuscany garden apartment.

This apartment was amazing! No rodents, no crazy neighbors, they gave my deposit back, and I always had parking outside my building! The management was so helpful all the time, maintenance came fast and fixed any issues I had. Great place for the price and great security options! I felt absolutely safe when the doors were locked and the alarm was on. Great place to rent.

Great place to live. The apartments and the grounds are kept clean and I had no issues with neighbors! I have lived in this complex twice.. after moving the other location didn’t compare so I came back! Great security and keyless entry updated! Stop in and try out Tuscany Gardens you won’t regret it! Mr. Tennel Epps is always a pleasure to work with while in the office.
