(June 11, 2018, 12:39 pm)I rented a chainsaw, which stopped working due to "operator error". Jeff (back in customer service) not only repaired the saw at no additional cost while I waited, but took the time to give me a crash course on using the saw more efficiently. The remainder of the job was smooth sailing. Nice store, quality folks. I highly recommend them!

(May 6, 2017, 1:23 am)My company rents from these nice folks all the time (almost weekly), and we've hardly ever had any issues. Jeff and his dad are always great to deal with, and it's nice to have a local place that has everything we need at any given time. We've only had very minor issues with rental equipment, and the things that have happened couldn't be known before use. We'll continue to do business with them, as we proudly, and wholeheartedly support our local small businesses!
